Would give a 0 !! Placed an ordered for £180 for holiday shopping next day delivery still waiting after 6 days customer service is shocking just fob you off never ever will a buy from this company again. Still under investigation to where my parcel is

Cute clothes but sizing a bit off for what I ordered, wouldnt have cared except that shipping was $20 to order and then another $20 to return. Boohoo refunded me for the item, but being $40 out of pocket for nothing puts me off from ordering again given that sizing seems hit or miss.

Was a bit peeved off that an item was missing from my order but I spoke to Karen via online chat and she helped me out very quickly and dispatched another item to arrive in time for the festival I’m going to on Friday!

Recently ordered from Boohoo and accidentally had my previous address set to the order.
Contacted boohoo via apple messenger and was surprised to get a response within an hour and a half which was great.
Although they may not be able to change the address before dispatch (as I had opted for next day delivery) a ticket has been raised with their relevant team by Jonelyn on the off chance it can be. Appreciated the help and support from Jonelyn and next time I’ll remember to remove my old address!

I had my parcel stolen , contacted boohoo , super JAYNE Y to the rescue.
Thank you for solving the puzzle Jayne , finding and resolving my issue after 8 days of dealing with tiresome courier company .

Awful customer service. Recieved a faulty item after paying extra to receive the item in time for an event and instead of resolving the issue, customer services actually blocked me instead of being professional and actually attempting to resolve the issue.
Absolutely appalled about the lack of customer service from this company.
Shame as I have been ordering from this company for years and have always liked the products.

Such an easy site to use. I've ordered several items from here and never had a problem. My last delivery they sent the wrong item and I found there customer services to be excellent. Returns are simple to return and I got a full refund. Would definitely buy from them again!

Clothes are nice and fashionable. Some items are Not the best quality but you get what you pay for. I’ve had some items really good quality and some which you can tell are fast fashion items. Delivery is always very quick. And the premier delivery option is very good value. Sizing is accurate. My recent parcel came, I’d ordered a 2 piece but my shorts had a rip in them, got in touch with customer service (her name was ansa) originally told me she could give me 50% off as it was a 2 piece but when I told her I’d like to return and replace the outfit she sent me one out immediately on next day delivery. Also sent me a link to a place where you can send the returns to and swap them for coupons if I wanted to. She told me there was no need to return my faulty item to them. New set arrived today. Perfect condition. Very pleased with boohoo. I buy from them 6/7 times a year. And having premier delivery means I don’t have to pay the delivery fee every time. Would definitely recommend to use boohoo

My order was never delivered. Evri had no tracking information. Customer service is appalling, only automated email responses and messenger staff who give standard and fob off excuses but do nothing to resolve a problem. I am out of pocket to £136 and trying to get this refund. Boohoo are an absolute disgrace

Christopher was able to sort my issue immediately. He made the effort to understand my concern, make sure I was happy as a customer and also advise me with next steps. SOMEONE GIVE THIS PERSON A RAISE! I was extremely stressed about receiving a wrong order and faulty item and he was able to resolve both issues with ease and calm demeanour. I purchased 2 lace bodycon dresses that had black lining underneath the lace. When they arrived they were one solid colour so sent back for replacement after being told they had the correct ones in stock. Got the replacements and they were exactly the same as the ones I sent back. They falsely advertise products will not be using them again
